Terms and Conditions of 59, Inc.

All orders placed with 59, Inc. are covered by these terms and conditions, and your order indicates your express agreement to the following:



59,Inc (DBA 59 Belts) is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about you to process your order, we do not use these details to send you unsolicited information. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfill the delivery of your order.

When you make a purchase from 59belts.com you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and credit card or debit card number. Details of all your order transactions will be collected and stored.

The information we hold about you needs to be accurate and up to date. The personal information that we hold about you will be held in accordance with our internal security policies.



59belts.com requires your credit/debit card details so that your orders are processed efficiently. All transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL) utilizing encryption technology (Verisign Approved). We DO NOT hold details of your Credit/Debit cards on our database to ensure your maximum security.



59,Inc. reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. 59 buckles are milled from pure stock metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and sometimes more exotic metals. These organic materials react characteristically to natural elements and to natural skin oils of the owner. Oxidation (color change, tarnishing) and pitting, and color variations due to metal composition are natural effects. Also, metals, buckle finishes such as polishing or powder coating, and leather will scratch, nick and dent if not protected by the owner. Natural effects, scratches, nicks and dents are considered part of the normal wear and tear of the belts and buckles. Certain metals such as copper will only maintain its original luster with careful maintenance and care by the owner, such as regular polishing. 59,Inc. will not be responsible for any damage due to normal wear and tear or failure of the owner to maintain its products.



We are fanatical about providing quality product that meets or exceeds expectation. A lot of our products are largely hand made or constructed by people rather than machines. We do our best, but mistakes can be made and we will take full responsibility for products that were made incorrectly or arrive damaged.

59 Inc. will provide a full refund for ‘Stock’ or catalog buckles that have not been customized, if the buckle is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Custom designed buckles and or custom engraved or milled buckles may be returned if the item was delivered damaged due to shipping or show up with obvious imperfections or are mechanically unsound. All parts (pins, posts, spring-clip) are guaranteed for the life of the original buyer. 59 Inc. cannot provide refunds on belt straps that have been sized incorrectly. Custom made leather, exotic or hybrid exotic straps are handmade to size based on the sizing given by the customer.  If the customer finds any product imperfections upon delivery, he or she must contact 59 within 24 hours of package delivery to start a return/refund ticket. If you feel you have received a buckle that is defective, you will receive a replacement buckle upon your authorized return of the original buckle. To authorize a return, email us at customerservice@59belts.com to receive a return authorization number and include your reason for return in the message. Buckles or belts that are returned without a return authorization number will not receive a refund and all shipping costs will be charged to the owner. All design, text and imagery on 59belts.com is protected by copyright. All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of 59,Inc. Copyrights and trademarks may not be used without the written permission of 59 Inc.



Belt straps that are delivered ‘Defective’ may be returned if strap style or color of strap is inaccurate in ’59 style’ OR ‘traditional style’. Customer must notify 59 Belts via email within 36 hours (Customerservice@59belts.com) of strap(s) delivery. Belt strap sizing provided by the customer on the website or via email to any 59 employee is deemed accurate on all accounts and purposes as sizing instructions are provided on the website and via email after the order has been confirmed. 59 Inc. claims no responsibility for inaccurate sizing of straps due to customer oversight or inaccurate following of sizing instructions of both 59 Style OR traditional style. If sizing provided by the customer is inaccurate, the customer will not be able to return or exchange the product for cash or trade. **NOTE – Exotic & Exotic Hybrid Belt strap images on website are ‘closest to’ finished product that is possible and not a virtual rendering of your finished strap. Exotic skins are natural in pattern and colored by hand to produce the ‘closest to’ finished product that is possible. 59,inc does not take responsibility for strap patterns or colors that do not meet customer expectations. Please note, we do the best we possibly can with exotic straps and will provide you with the best possible strap skin style, skin color and finish that is possible. If you feel that what you have received is below your expectations, please email customerservice@59belts.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

NONINFRINGEMENT. All matters concerning the purchase and sale of goods from 59belts.com shall be governed by the laws of the state and federal courts of Nevada, USA and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any actions regarding 59, Inc. or its products shall be the state and federal courts located in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

59belts.com is operated by 59, Inc., registered at 7380 S. Eastern Ave, Suite 124, #360 Las Vegas, NV 89123. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the 59belts.com website. 59, Inc. may change these terms from time to time without notification.
